2. Well baby check ups and immunizations

3. Scheduled immunizations and injections, including injections for osteoporosis, psychiatric medication and B 12.

4. Patients for whom in person visits are indicated:

   1. Those who I have personally asked to come in.​

   2. Those who have been asked to come in at the direction of my staff.

5. Follow up hospitalization visits as we deem necessary
